Join us for an evening of German beer discovery with an Oktoberfest- themed Beer Tasting hosted by Beer Sommelier Ryan Perry AKA Crafty Beer Boy.
Whether you're a seasoned sipper or your new to beer, this is your chance to get up close with the German heavyweights. Think crisp Helles, rich Dunkels, mighty Doppelbocks, smoky Rauchbiers, cloudy Hefeweizens and more. If you're thinking "What on earth are those?" or you're already saying "I do love a Gose!" then you're in exactly the right place.
We'll take a flavour-filled journey across Germany, tasting 8 distinctive German beer styles, exploring the history, brewing traditions and what makes each one unique. Along the way you'll discover what makes these iconic styles so special and, with any luck, find your own wunderbar beer.
Of course, no German beer adventure would be complete without snacks. You'll also enjoy a small selection of German-inspired nibbles, carefully paired to complement the beers and keep those tastebuds dancing.
Where is this magical evening, I hear you ask? Sadly not Munich... but the next best thing!
